Terms of Use

Effective June 2026 · PassiveIncomeAI Inc., Vancouver, British Columbia

1. Subject matter

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to passiveincomeai.one and the educational and contemplative services offered by PassiveIncomeAI Inc. (“the observatory,” “we,” “us”). Our services consist of quiet observation slots, weekly dispatch tray subscriptions, season-long memberships, briefing capsules, watchkeeper-led reading hours, and curated archive access — collectively described on our Programmes and Services pages.

PassiveIncomeAI is a quiet observatory for incoming AI dispatches. We do not provide financial advice, investment services, wealth management, trading signals, employment placement, franchise opportunities, or business-opportunity coaching. We make no promise of income, monetary gain, or specified career outcome.

2. Acceptance

Using passiveincomeai.one, posting an inquiry through the contact desk, or booking an observation slot signifies acceptance of these Terms together with the Privacy Policy. Decline if you disagree. Enrolled observers may receive a supplementary written agreement specifying programme details; where conflict exists, the signed enrolment agreement prevails for that programme only.

3. Eligibility

Services are intended for adults eighteen years or older. By enrolling, you represent that you meet this requirement and that information you provide is accurate.

4. Registration and first contact

Initial contact occurs through our contact form, email, or phone. The viewport host confirms availability, sends indicative pricing in CAD, and outlines next steps. Enrolment is complete only after written confirmation and payment instructions are accepted by both parties. We reserve the right to decline inquiries that fall outside our contemplative mandate or that suggest misuse of the observatory name.

5. Prices and payment

Prices displayed on the website are indicative ranges in Canadian dollars (CAD). Final quotes depend on chosen format, session count, group size, and optional accommodations. GST/HST applies where required; our GST/HST registration number is 728 416 092 RT0001. Payment is due according to instructions in your enrolment confirmation — typically by electronic transfer or credit card through our payment processor. We do not offer automated checkout on the website.

6. Cancellation and refunds

By the observer: You may cancel a confirmed enrolment according to the schedule in your written agreement. Cancellations received more than fourteen days before the programme start receive a full refund minus a CA$ 45 administrative fee. Later cancellations may forfeit deposits as specified in your agreement.

Distance contracts: Under the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act (British Columbia), you may cancel a distance sales contract within ten days of receiving a copy of the contract if the service has not begun, subject to statutory exceptions for certain custom services. Contact [email protected] to exercise this right.

By the observatory: We may cancel or reschedule shifts for facility maintenance, severe weather, or insufficient enrolment. In such cases we offer rescheduling or a proportional refund.

7. Provider obligations

We agree to deliver services described in your enrolment confirmation with reasonable skill and care; maintain PTIB registration standards; provide briefing materials cited on dispatch tickets; keep the observation lounge accessible according to agreed accommodations; and handle personal information per our Privacy Policy.

8. Participant obligations

You agree to attend or participate according to the viewport schedule; follow reading-hour ground rules (no pitches, no personal finance solicitations); treat staff and fellow observers respectfully; refrain from recording sessions without written consent; and use briefing materials for personal educational purposes only unless a separate licence is granted.

9. Intellectual property

Observatory materials — briefing capsule layouts, inflow log templates, watchkeeper summaries, and website content — are copyrighted by PassiveIncomeAI Inc. or licensed to us. Incoming dispatches remain the property of their original authors.

Your work: Inflow logs, observation slips, and personal notes you create during programmes remain your property. We do not claim ownership of your written reflections. If you choose to deposit copies in the observatory archive, you grant us a limited licence to store and retrieve them for your future access.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by British Columbia law, our total liability for any claim arising from services or website use is limited to the amount you paid for the specific programme giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions you make based on material read during observation slots. Services are educational and contemplative; we disclaim liability for employment, investment, or commercial outcomes.

11. Personal data

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy and PIPEDA. CASL consent requirements for commercial electronic messages are described therein.

12. Website use

You may not scrape the site at rates that impair performance; attempt unauthorised access; inject malicious code; misrepresent affiliation with PassiveIncomeAI; or use the site to promote financial schemes inconsistent with our mission. We may suspend access for violations.

13. Third-party links

Dispatch tickets may reference external sources. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and applicable federal laws of Canada. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of the Supreme Court of British Columbia sitting in Vancouver, subject to mandatory consumer protection remedies.

British Columbia residents may also contact the Consumer Protection BC mediation service for eligible disputes under the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act.

15. Modifications

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Material changes affecting active enrolments will be communicated directly. Continued website use after posting constitutes acceptance of non-material updates.

16. Severability

If any provision is held invalid, remaining provisions continue in effect.

Competition Bureau Canada — realistic expectations. The quiet observatory described on this website generates no income whatsoever. It offers no investment of any kind, no passive earnings scheme, no monetary participation. The word “Passive” in the name of the Observatory refers to a patient observational posture — the seated stillness of a watchkeeper at a telescope viewport. The word “Income” is used in the archaic English sense of “that which comes in” — the inflow of incoming dispatches, briefing reels, and community reports into the archive of the observatory. No representation on this site may be interpreted as a promise of monetary income or passive revenue under section 52 or section 74.01 of the Competition Act.
